             Welcome to Silver Stars Gymnastics!!

At Silver Stars Gymnastics our focus is on fitness, health and self confidence through gymnastics and fun physical activities. Gymnastics classes concentrate on balance, coordination, flexibility and concentration which provide children with a strong foundation for any type of physical or athletic activity as well as an opportunity to meet with friends and make new friends. Our competitive level programs foster team spirit and camaraderie as well as individual recognition for hard work. Getting children away from the TV or computer and into the gym is a terrific first step toward a healthy life style.

Located in Setauket, Long Island, Silver Stars Gymnastics offers Gymnastics Programs to girls and boys ages 24 months and up, Cheerleading, tumbling programs as well as open gym and cheerleading and gymnastics birthday parties! We also offer camps throughout the school year as well as our exciting summer camp program offered to children ages 3 and up.
