At Silver Stars Gymnastics our focus is on fitness, health and self confidence through gymnastics and fun physical activities. Gymnastics classes focus on balance, coordination, flexibility and concentration which provide children with a strong foundation for any type of physical or athletic activity as well as an opportunity to meet with friends and make new friends.
Our competitive level programs foster team spirit and camaraderie as well as individual recognition for hard work. Getting children away from the TV or computer and into the gym is a terrific first step toward a healthy life style.
Located in Setauket, Long Island, Silver Stars Gymnastics offers a variety of Gymnastics Programs to all children ages 36 months and up. Celebrate your child's birthday in a "Flippin' Fun Way!" with one of our Birthday Packages and make your child's birthday one they will never forget! Silver Stars also offers many camps throughout the school year as well as our exciting summer camp program offered to children ages 4 and up.
